There will be 2 big gaping holes in the front if I can't find the 5 1/4
drive bay covers. No video card. Also, nVidia geForce 3 and above
cards don't work with this motherboard. nVidia blames it on Tyan, and
Tyan blames it on nVidia. My Radeon 7550 works just fine (but you don't
get that). If you want, I have an old voodoo3 card which was in this at
one point, it worked then, you can have it for free with the computer.
Under Windows, I was never able to get USB working well (keyboard was
fine, camera + mouse weren't). Under linux, usb worked 100%, so I'm
assuming it's just my luck with windows and not the hardware. I will be
wiping the drives clean before selling it, so you're on your own for an
OS. I think one of the drives may be mounted "creatively" so be
forewarned.
If anyone wants it, hopefully we can arrange a drop-off & pickup,
perhaps at a wlug meeting to avoid any shipping.
