I was mostly looking for a small replacement for regular RaspberryPis which are so damn expensive these days.

Meeting agenda for thursday Feb 16th?

Hi all, Is there an agenda for this thursdays meeting? I can bring an OrganPI 3 LTS I just recently setup. Neat little box running Armbian. Haven't don't anything with it though. I know KiCad 7.0.0 has been released, but I haven't had any time to update my old discussion on KiCad for the new version. So I really can't talk about it too much. I'm planning on being there, but who knows what will happen. John

Solving Nvidia support with image-based distros

Hey all, I thought I'd share a side project I've been working on, which involves building containers with Nvidia kernel modules and userspace components that work as bootable OS images thanks to "container-native" <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/OstreeNativeContainerStable> support within Fedora Silverblue. Organization of the 19,000 slides might not be as bad as you think. Each box of 24-36 slides is marked with a date of development, so each box goes into a different directory according to the date on the box. Averaging about 30 slides a box that means I would have 634 directories, Often on a trip I would take two or three rolls of film, so those two or three directories might, when sorted, clump together to be labeled as some trip or special event. And, as John said, Photoprism can do an amazing job of identifying things, and I am planning on installing these and my other (tens of thousands of) digital pictures on a 6 TB Raid system with a Raspberry Pi controlling it, so it can take as long as it wants to identify and categorize the slides. The slides I already have digitized are either from Kodak PhotoCDs or various digital cameras that I have had over the years, and already are in the directories by date....so I am pretty much there.
