Try #2! Next WLUG Meeting is Oct. 15th!!

by Tim Keller

Hey Everybody, let's try this again! I have a conflict on the 8th and the second week of October snuck up on me. We will be having the meeting *October 15th, 2020!* Sorry for any confusion the last confusing email created! Thanks, TIm. -- I am leery of the allegiances of any politician who refers to their constituents as "consumers".

Next WLUG Meeting! Oct 15th NOT the 8th.

by Tim Keller

Hey Everybody, I've decided to push the meeting off to the 8th. This is mainly because the second week of October snuck up on me and because I have conflict that night. Hopefully by then I'll have a little project I've been working on ready to show off. Later, Tim. -- I am leery of the allegiances of any politician who refers to their constituents as "consumers".

Did no one bite? The closest I've got to a sudtable kid is a soon-to-be 4 year old niece. Hi, my daughter, now 15, has a few smaller snap circuits kits. She's a math fan and is learning python on her own from the python for kids book. She'd love it. Re: Ubuntu update question

by Tim Keller

Ron, I hear you on the quality aspect. When you get near the sub 1k desktops, they're really trying to hit a price point and they'll do that shaving off any corner they don't think you'll need. My wife's desktop is nearing the end of its life and while I haven't had any issues with her prefab desktop, it's basically not upgradeable except for ram. I'm glad to hear everything is going well with the desktop! Tim. On Sat, Sep 19, 2020 at 11:30 PM John Stoffel via WLUG <wlug(a)lists.wlug.org> wrote: > > THE> Thank again for all the recent advice.
