I've popped in a couple times since he told us about this channel, and there is next to no traffic whatsoever. Apparently Chuck leaves his IRC client on to monitor traffic levels there, 'cause he wasn't even talking with me when i joined in. I'm in Fall River... i FINALLY upgraded to broadband through Comcast. I get something like 3M/256k.
