Two possible suggestions. Bypass the phone support and just send email to postmaster explaining what you found. You might want to try setting the mail server to each of the IP addresses one and a time and making a chart of the methods each supports. The other thing to do is just find one of the IP's that works, and just configure your mail client to only use it. Scott
