When was the last up2date run? Things are moving so quickly these days, that you may have encountered a bug that has already been fixed in an update. cups has been updated 4 times since FC3 release. samba has been updated 2 times since FC3 release. selinux-policy-targeted has been updated 9 times since FC3 release.
