Intersection of Open Source and Social Change

Hey folks, At dinner after the last meeting we had an interesting conversation around the intersection of software/technology and big picture social change. This has been an area of interest of mine for a while now, and I'd love to connect with other people who would be interested in talking about ways to make meaningful change. Hey Gang, We've got a meeting! Date: Oct 11th, 2018 Time: 7pm Location: WPI Recreation Center Room 61 (RC61) Topic: TBD If anybody has a topic burning a hole in their pocket let me know. I've already got next months lined up! One option was to possibly demo a raspberry pi running a true 64bit version of debian. I realize it's risky, but I don't have internet to my house and looking things up on my tiny phone screen is driving me nuts. I have a laptop running opensuse that's useless without WiFi.
