A buddy of mine runs one. I'll pick his brains regarding what it needs for bandwidth and horsepower. I suspect I've got sufficient quantities of that at my house. I would sometime like to discuss sound "issues" on laptops occurring in various recent distros, which may feed into Andy's distro question of several weeks ago. The sound "issues" question might be like discussing various hallucinogenically-produced nightmares that have been induced in non-volunteers by the distro-gods, but it might be nice to air in a forum what has been happening, and what solutions may have been found. If you can make it to any future meetings, i will be able to go through the process with you, as long as i have the proper tools. The process doesn't take long. > > Thanks. Chuck, I would be interested in this. I noticed there's a couple different versions of the software. I'm assuming that I'd want the "unstable" beta? I'm using DSL, and my systems are behind a NAT so I'll interested to know what network changes need to be made for the unicast stuff to work. Thanks, Tim. Nope, but it seems like about once a month, someone tries to integrate them. :) If you use MythTV, it's pretty trivial to get those videos into Miro and vice-versa.
