I am only answering for Andy as it is late in the day and I wanted to make sure you had a chance to get this before it was too late... I just showed up the first time as well, and they didn't beat me or make me run Windows as punishment, so I think it is OK! The calendar on the website is a Google Calendar. Tim, Frank, and myself have access to change the calendar from any Google calendar client, including google.com/calendar. I recommend Jorte on Android, but the built-in Google calendar on Android should work fine as well. Ideally, whomever reserves a room and/or announces a meeting date/time/topic would update the calendar at the same time. Just change "only this event" so as to not mess up the default recurring schedule. The calendar is public so anyone can subscribe to it so it shows up on their own personal device(s): https://calendar.google.com/calendar?cid=bzVvc3E4NTBsazYxZThoMW4xbzFybGRiNz… Tuesday Feb 20th works for me.
