Hey Gang, I hope you all had a great holidays and a happy new year! We've got a meeting on Thursday, the 9th! Location: WPI Campus Center Mid Century Room Rm 331 (our usual haunt) Date / Time: January 9th, 2020 at 7PM Topic: TBD! Let me know if you'll be attending we'll see what we might want to do. If more people are going to show up we could do a redo of Joshua's talk, it was fantastic. Another option might be to have a round table for topics people might want to hear this year. Obviously, if people have ideas feel free to post them to the list as well! As usual snacks and refreshments will be provided and afterwards we'll head off for dinner to continue the conversation. For the sake of new users, I might suggest 24.04 lts instead of 25.04. Lts release is going to be supported for 7 years as opposed to the 3 years for 25.04. Hey Gang, Sorry for the late email, it's been hectic at my end of things. Here are the facts! Date & Time: January 17th, 2016 @ 7PM Location: WPI Student Center Mid Century Room (rm 331) Topic: None* *There's currently no topic ... I contemplated talking, but never got stuff together. Due to a scheduling conflict, I'll be unable to attend... so if someone else would like to step up for snacks and refreshments that would be quite helpful. I know people had a busy holidays, so my plan *was* for this to just be a general meeting anyway. We can get our heads around what we'd like for speakers for the coming year. My hope is to get my buddy Nick to do a deep dive talk about encryption in February. I know Greg had mentioned speaking about setting up a radio station. Please submit any suggestions!
