It does run Qtopia (f.k.a. QT palmtop). I think it also comes with Opera embeded as well. I have Qtopia running on my Ipaq. There's more info at http://qpe.sourceforge.net. It's pretty functional, i think that the one thing it's missing is natural handwriting recognition. It only have a character recognizer like the palm.
