I would be willing to do that if / when somebody steps up and volunteers to give the presentation. Any takers? Thanks, Andy -- Andy Stewart, Founder Worcester Linux Users' Group Worcester, MA USA http://www.wlug.org

I'd be willing. I haven't had much luck with the prism2 chipset in my Symbol/Nortel card on the 2.4 kernel, though. Maybe it's about time I tried again. Those pesky spectrum24 drivers want you to compile inside the PCMCIA tree, and use a separate PCMCIA kernel instead of the 2.4 built-in PCMCIA stuff. I'll see what I can whip up... -- Charles R. If you'd like to postpone it to the next meeting, I would be willing to co-present. I've had a little experience with wireless under Linux, but I'm in California until the 23rd :( Cheers, Lee -- Lee Keyser-Allen lkeyser@wpi.edu WPI CS 2002
I haven't been able to come to a meeting yet, but I'll be there for that one! Getting encryption to work is my major stumbling block right now (mac address locked only...). Wes On Mon, 8 Jul 2002 22:28:24 -0400 "Charles R. Anderson" <cra@WPI.EDU> wrote:
