I think Red Hat and Mandrake both provide distributions for Alpha. I'm sure there are others too since Linus used an Alpha as a target during kernel 2.0 development. Robert N. I remember from one of the more recent WLUGs that some information about Linux on Alpha was presented. I was at the Mass Academy for Math & Science yesterday, and they have several DEC Alpha 400 4/233 machines and they asked me if there was a Linux that might run on them. Not being a DEC kind of guy, I couldn't answer... Anyone care to offer some information regarding this? Thanks in advance!
