Does anyone know of any reasons *not* to upgrade to Apache 2.x from the last Apache1 version (1.3.37)?
Sure, If you are using or planning on using php on your site, it's MUCH slower under apache 2 (statically linked OR DSO). Apache 2 is a bit faster at serving up static content, though.
