I've got a Webramp 200i with an internal modem and a second BOCA 56k modem (modems can be independently operated or bonded together if your ISP allows it) that I used before I got cable internet. Was working when it was taken out of service. Allows modem sharing with its internal 4 port hub. No docs or CD with it but easily found on the Web at: http://www.rampnet.com/rampnet/support/200i/index.html eBay is getting about $60 for them now. WLUG special!... First email committment for $30 and payment and pick up at my home in Worcester gets it.
