I'm having a problem with email bouncing to verizon.net addresses, and I suspect some other servers may be deleting it entirely. My config... I'm using mutt, which delivers to a local smtp server. My machine has a fake domain name (mills.curran), since I'm on a NAT'ed firewall. I route/relay my email through a web services provider with my own domain name (mills-curran.net) on a static IP. I know the issue is not a blacklisting, because the email gets delivered if I use the web interface for email at the mills-curran.net site. I suspect that verizon.net doesn't like the fact that the email header includes records including the fake mills.curran domain. I've tried some sendmail configuration changes with no success. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bill
