Chuck, Your other choice would be Charter, which is the cable company. They are not. Mention Linux and you get "Sorry, we don't support Linux. I can't help you with your problem." or the famous "What is Linux?" It took me almost a month to convince them that my line was bad and to send a technician out... They were not interested in any issues that I proved on my own.
