I was wondering if anyone knows the fix to the double dial problem? Whenever I dial out from my RH 6.1 Linux box (using Linuxconf) the system dials, connects, hangs-up and display "The Command /sbin/ifup ppp0 is taking longer than expected to complete. Please take action" Then it automatically re-dials and successfully connects. I found this reported in several Usenet groups and archives since 1999 but I have not seen a resolution. Thanks, Bob Brown
