Hey everybody! We've got a WLUG meeting this Thursday at technocopia! Time: 7pm Date: July 11th 2024 Location: 44 Portland St. Worcester MA Virtual Location: https://meet.jit.si/WlugMA Topic(s): SSH exploits There's been plenty of talk about Ubuntu upgrades, it's worth talking about various backup strategies and options that are out there. If people have other things they want to talk about, by all means! I've continued to tinker with the LLM stuff and I'll have that laptop with me as well. It was certainly interesting to see this! And it really shows how having a graphics card helps, but if you blow out the size that can fit in the graphic card's memory, it slows way down again.

Ah.. it's a java game with graphics. I'll probably pass for now. I'm too much of a nethack/crawl/moria type of gamer. :-) Though I have to admit I've spent some time playing 'naev' which sorta reminds me of the classic 'elite' but without the 3-d graphics. https://github.com/naev/naev Not amazingly fast development, but it's a fun thing to play with.
