I've had linux in a production environment for a manufacturing company now for 3-4 years. linux running manufacturing automation, and linux running samba filesever PDC, cups print, http, dns, dhcp, mysql., and automated backups. over the last few months, migrated all the machines from redhat 8 and 9 to Gentoo. So my suggestion is a 5 minute intro for those who want to talk about who you are and how your company is using and support linux.
