Looking for DDR400 (PC3200) RAM
Guys, I'm trying to ressurect an old MSI K8T NEO mother board with an Athlon64 3000 CPU. Unfortunately, I don't have any 184 Pin PC3200/DDR400, PC2700/DDR333, PC2100/ DDR266 or PC1600/DDR200 unbuffered DIMM boards. Probably 512Mb each (I've got three slots), though bigger is always better, right? I'd be willing to travel in the worcester area tomorrow to do a pickup, or hit a store with some if anyone has any suggestions other than the guys in Northboro on Rt 20. Thanks, John

In general, I find that the best place to shop for memory is http://www.crucial.com -- Frank Sweetser fs at wpi.edu | For every problem, there is a solution that WPI Senior Network Engineer | is simple, elegant, and wrong. - HL Mencken GPG fingerprint = 6174 1257 129E 0D21 D8D4 E8A3 8E39 29E3 E2E8 8CEC

Ugh, crucial is a *total* ripoff. It's good for finding out what type your machine needs and that's it. Newegg, eBay, woot, tigerdirect, anything are better on price

Thanks for the followup, I appreciate it.
