Announce: WLUG Meeting Wed 6/13 7PM: Secure Virtual Containers/Multi-Tenancy
Hi folks, The next Worcester Linux Users' Group (WLUG) monthly meeting will be held next Wednesday, June 13, at 7PM. The location will be the WPI Campus Center, Chairman's Room (room 129). Wednesday, June 13, 7:00 - 9:00 PM WPI Campus Center, Chairman's Room (room 129) Dan Walsh of Red Hat will be giving a presentation on Secure Virtual Containers/Multi-Tenancy: "During the Last few years as computers have become more powerful, there has been a move towards server computing. Most people call this "Cloud" computing. One key feature of this is moving servers out of the data center and onto virtual machines. My presentation will describe this as Multitenancy.. This talk will cover technologies from RHEL5, RHEL6 and RHEL7. SELinux, Virtualization, Sandbox and Secure Container Applications." Afterwards, we will go out for pizza and continue our discussions.
