Hi all, After a nasty power problem, I have corruption on a reiserfs volume. What I did: http://toba.ath.cx:724/~eastein/reiserfsck.txt I think I may have a damaged drive. The scariest prospect: Bad root block 0. (--rebuild-tree did not complete) Any ideas? Eric
I am happy to report that reiserfsck --rebuild-tree solved my problem - I only lost a few tempfiles and a script. Eric

I'm not 100% that ReiserFs is going to be supported much longer. http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/10/10/BAGERLM3RR15.DTL =) On 11/28/06, Eric Stein <eastein@wpi.edu> wrote:

You don't think everyone on the internet already knows? Don't count on it going away. Not that I wouldn't absolutely love to switch to ZFS... http://www.linux.com/article.pl?sid=06/10/12/0355223 Eric
