Somewhat Off-topic - vpsland.com
Hello All, I am thinking about web/ssh/etc. hosting with vpsland.com. They host via Xen virtual machines. Has anyone had any experience with them? Does anyone use them currently? Does anything about them look fishy? Thanks, - Adam
Post to the list a review if you try it. I personally am looking for a hosting solution for under $100/ month and the virtual servers seem to be the most economical now. What i personally need is full root access, 15+ GB of disk, 100+ GB of xfer, 256+M of RAM. I've been looking around for something for a while, but have not made the leap yet. --- Karl Hiramoto <karl@hiramoto.org> http://karl.hiramoto.org/ Yahoo_IM = karl_hiramoto GTalk=karl.hiramoto@gmail.com ------ Adam Keck wrote:

In a similar vein -- anyone have suggestions about colo facilities in the area? I have some 1U machines that I'd like to put up somewhere, but the colos I've found so far seem to be either really expensive or only allow a very small amount of bandwidth transfer (like 4KB/sec small -- I could just get a modem). -- Randomly Generated Tagline: "Snakes have no arms. I'm really happy with a dedicated server I rent from servermatrix.com. They have one for $119.... Casey On 12/21/05, Karl Hiramoto <karl@hiramoto.org> wrote:
