I've done the obligatory googling and so far I've come up with snake eyes. I'm looking for a VPN client for linux that'll work with a SecurID. Thanks, Tim.

I think Tim would want to know if the client comes with source code and/or if it is free of cost. Is it free as in beer ? Is it free as in speech ? http://cco.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2308/index.html it is not free, does require a license of sorts, but you can cheat and google for the tarball if you know it by name (a bunch of sites show up) i know it is distributed as partial source and partial binary, kind of like the nvidia driver ... open up some parts but keep the IP hidden in compiled form -mike

It's probably worth mentioning that the client won't do you much good unless you're connecting to Cisco's Concatenator or other VPN hardware (I believe). I don't recall the original poster saying what he wanted the client to do, but I don't think it's a generic VPN client. Brian J. Conway bconway(at)alum.wpi.edu "LINUX is obsolete" - Andrew S. my understanding is that it is free as in beer. I believe you can even go to the cisco web site, sign up for free, and download all the clients you want. I will bring it to the meeting and ya'll can decide for yourselves. --- Andy Stewart <andystewart@comcast.net> wrote:
