Just to bridge the gap... Andy, I'm copying this to the local Ubuntu Community (LoCo) Team (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MassachusettsTeam) as although I can never make these meetings myself, I thought someone else there might be able to, and might be interested in demoing. It is short notice, though... Also, it might be interesting to compare with the latest beta of Intrepid (8.10) as that's due out next month, and I believe KDE's gone through a major change between the two releases. I did the GIMP gig last time. I'll be there, & will bring the laptop again in case you want to see it. It wasn't that big of a presentation, but I could demo it again. I have questions about Hardy, but probably none that woiuld take very long to answer. Liz J
