Zoom Safety-Privacy-Security Question on Ubuntu
Hey Gang, Is the Zoom meeting client a relatively safe thing to download unto a machine running Ubuntu? I thought I should ask here, as googling will gives me different responses. Thanks Ron

Should be fine. Especially if you run it on a linux which is upto date. I personally like Debian based stuff now, and use Linux Mint for my desktop. Haven't actually used it yet though. John
Just a note, my reply directly to hammerron@hotmail.org (org!!!?!?!?) bounced, because it thinks I'm a spammer because my VPS is in a netblock they don't like.

(org!!!?!?!?) is right. Where did that come from? I checked hammerron's original message, including all headers, and can find no trace of hotmail.org. I did some dig-ing and found no MX record for it. It does have a web page, which is a advertisement for Microsoftware. I am sending this to the address that comes up when I reply, which is hammerron@hotmail.com (com !!!!). I'll let you know if anything interesting happens. -- Keith
John, I have absolutely no idea where the hotmail.org came from. it should be hotmail.com. I looked at the email that I sent and see no dot org.
