Sync documents and all cell photos with my desktop and laptop. Will do digital photos and also files! I use this for favorite PDF files of magazines, and owners manuals for complex items. YouTube - browser like for Youtube but better/smoother control aCalendar free - better interface, but still uses Android calendar data I sync aCalendar to my gmail calendar and use it for schedule.
