I had luck with Xine but I'm running SuSE and couldn't tell you what pkgs you'd need for FC3. I believe I had to also install libDeCSS to decrypt. BR

I use xine with the kaffeine GUI. I had to build xine from source since the version supplied by SuSE is "crippled". You can also get the binary packages from packman, which is what I did. Here's what I did for mplayer/AVI/WMV support, you could do something similar for xine/decss/dvd I suppose (on suse of course): http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,13936188 BR
