It looks like I'm finally going to have time to go out and pick up a serial cable so I can get brother Bill off of my iPAQ. But I've got a question for anyone who has done this ahead of me: Are there any speadsheets that have either been created for familiar linux or Embedded QT? The QTpalmtop web site has got some screen shots, and one has a link to a spreadsheet, but they don't mention it and I can't find the package anywhere. Unfortuately, I've got to have a spreadsheet so I can keep track of hours and expenses and such, so I'm kinda stuck, maybe I shoulda gotten a vr3? Also, are there any utilities out there that would allow me to do irsync with palms?

qpe does have a spreadsheet package. I've never used it so I can't say anything more then that it exists. If I remember I'll load it on tonight and post a mini review.

This gets a little more complicated... I'm not sure if the tools exist to do a full sync with a plam, but people have connected and zapped files back and forth. Scott
Hi Wesley, I installed QTe on my ipaq a few weeks ago. I does in fact, have a spread sheet. I haven't really used it that much, but its there. You might be able to get an idea on how it looks and feels if you try to set up QTe for your PC before you actually install it (http://qpe.sourceforge.net/x86.html). I think QTe is great for my ipaq. There are few things missing, for example i can't figure out how to get the databook to remind me of appointments. I haven't tried to irsync with a plam yet, so i can't say if it works or not. good luck with installing, --Brad On Thu, Aug 09, 2001 at 07:57:06AM -0400, Wesley Allen wrote:

Well, Agenda's software is supposedly all freeware (though in a 30-second fly-by of their site, I couldn't find the actual link to download, it says it's there)... if you're really feeling adventurous/desperate... On Thu, 9 Aug 2001, Wesley Allen wrote:
