The Town of Stow, MA is looking for a contractor to work on the town's web site (www.stow-ma.gov). Required skills include PHP and mySQL, CSS and HTML. Build web-based forms with proper security for entering data, fix bugs, add small amount of functionality, document architecture. Begin work immediately, up to 40 hours/week through June.
