Just for reference, Mandrake includes dhcpcd (my preference), dhclient, and pump, and leaves it up to the user to figure out which works best for them. -b
My personal favorite is dhcpcd, since it is the most straightforward to compile. Building it against uClibc statically gets it down into the 33k range! Perfect for my standalone linux boot/install disks :). -Adam
