Hi, I've had Charter for almost a year and have had no problems. Except my modem going last month.. that was the first real big problem. Like any ISP.. they have had a few outages here in Auburn, but they didn't last more than 2 hours. I had no problems getting my Linux (Mandrake)system working with it.
