I have my NIS server running on a redhat box. Can somebody help me how to setup my win machines to use linux NIS server?

Windows machines can use NIS? I've set up Samba servers in the past masquerading as NT domain login machines, but I wasn't aware there was a better solution (minus Hummingbird, which I'm not even sure of the extent of NFS and NIS features).
