I'd say you need to first find the cause of the "MAILER_DAEMON FAILURE NOTICE" maybee attach one of the messages and send it to the list. It usually says in the message why it failed. Then just correct the problem. Also look at the qmail logs, they might indicate what is going on. The logs might be in /var/log/ or /var/log/messages You gave very few details. It sounds like the DNS is set up correctly, but QMAIL doesn't know it's supposed to accept mail destined for that domain. Take a look through the Qmail config docs.
