Since I can never come to the meetings this may sound like a stupid question...where is the installfest going to be held; and what time? I don't know if I'll be able to go for long, but wouldn't mind helping out. (I've got a bit of a selfish reason for coming too, I was wondering if anyone who knows X better than I do has gotten a latop lcd to use the whole display without using the vesa driver).
