The calendar on the website is a Google Calendar. Tim, Frank, and myself have access to change the calendar from any Google calendar client, including google.com/calendar. I recommend Jorte on Android, but the built-in Google calendar on Android should work fine as well. Ideally, whomever reserves a room and/or announces a meeting date/time/topic would update the calendar at the same time. Just change "only this event" so as to not mess up the default recurring schedule.
