To me, SCM means Scheme.
For example: poly.scm is a program I wrote:

while SCM is a implementation by Aubrey Jaffar.
I guessed that's not what Tim meant,
so I went searching:
Google says it stands for Supply Chain Managment,
closer but probably not right.
Wikipedia has about 20 other meanings including:
Student Chrisian Movement -- Nope
SubCarrier Multiplexing -- Probable not
(Software Configuration |
Source Control) Management -- Yes, one of those
Which one? If they are different. No matter.
How could I know? Why should I care?
