[Wlug] web hosting?

Fellow Linux Users, Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap, relatively Apache/MySQL/PHP web and POP/IMAP email host? Preferably someplace local. It doesn’t have to be too powerful. A few gigabytes of storage space and max bandwidth in the range of tens of gigabytes per month. Thanks Nick
