[Wlug] signed keys

It looks like I have straightened out emailing my signed keys via caff. You should be seeing all of my emails coming through momentarily. Sorry for my tardiness but I couldn't figure out why ssmtp wouldn't work. If you don't see anything in the next hour please email me off list and I'll just send you your key directly. -- Eric Martin
