I would be interested in this. I noticed there's a couple
different versions of the software. I'm assuming that I'd want
the "unstable" beta?
I'm using DSL, and my systems are behind a NAT so I'll interested to
know what network changes need to be made for the unicast stuff to work.

Access Grid software is open source. There is a Windows version and
a Linux version (several distribution packages as well) available for
download here:

The software normally requires an IP Multicast capable ISP, but there
is a built in Unicast Bridge functionality which will convert the
streams--just select "Use Unicast" from the virtual venue properties.
I don't think this will work from behind a NAT, though, but you can
try forwarding all the necessary ports (a lot of ports) or using a DMZ
port on your router.
