It's clear to me that this self hosted Jitsi instance isn't up to the task, either under powered or the version of jitsi they let you install is deficient.

Next meeting we'll go back to using the other jitsi service that worked and explore other options.

I too had trouble joining; it repeatedly said "you have been
disconnected". When I finally was able to join I assumed that was
because the meeting did not start until a few minutes after 7:00,
but maybe something else was happening. -- Keith
