During regular meetings we cover specific topics or have free ranging discussions. My understanding is that the BBQ is more of a social event for the group. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
Hi gang, The BBQ is a social event where traditionally 15-20 people have attended. This is not the normal meeting setting - the BBQ is in lieu of a meeting.
