[Wlug] 530 TLS subsystem failed.

Hi all, I've just re-compilled all the system's need such as openssl, php and its need, etc. Here, I got a problem like this : [root@voyager named]# ftp 192.168.21.22 Connected to 192.168.21.22 (192.168.21.22). 530 TLS subsystem failed. ftp> Can you please inform me what was wrong with this ? Is it a kind of problem which caused by openssl upgrade ? How can I solve this ? In fact, I get a slow connection too when accessing local mail using browser. I can send and receive mail fast using outlook. Thanks.
