Reiserfs3 was stuffed into the kernel and then pretty much abandonded for the cool/gee-whiz/fast/extsensible reiserfs4 that is now being pushed at the kernel. I don't trust either of them with my data at this point. I like and trust and understand ext3. I'd probably go with JFS (IBMs thing) first, but even then I'm leary... John
