Just curious, why do you want it to be local? If it's a random host out on the Internet, locality probably doesn't matter much unless latency is an issue for you. And what do you mean by local? Are you limiting to just Worcester area, or Eastern MA, or New England, or Eastern US, or ...? ;) You can get a VPS pretty cheap, I seem to recall prices of ~$35/month for a small instance in NYC w/ 100-200G/month transfer.
