Well, I'm just a *lowly student*, but a linux and FOSS enthusiast. I've used (in the following order) Debian, SuSE 7.1, Redhat 8/9, Slackware 9, Gentoo. Gentoo's pretty much stuck and I really like it. As far as 'deploying linux', I'm afraid my extent of that is moving my family members over to linux (work in progress) and friends here at WPI.
