Hi Andy - Long time no see. 2 things: That kernel comes with EXT3 already integrated in the source. Once you have an ext3 kernel you can enable it by changing fstab. Disable it by changing fstab. The on-disk structure is the same. Start debugging by booting with the second CPU turned off. You could be locking on MP bug. Used to happen with me and my HP720 OfficeJet until they get their MP act together. ccb -- Charles C.
