I agree! :-) I'll second the nomination for Knoppix as an excellent tool for teaching Linux, especially at the user level. I use it for the class I teach and the studets really enjoy taking it home and experimenting. I suspect that the Ubuntu Live CD probably is based on Knoppix. Remember: you learn the most when teaching others.
