The tinypilot looks to be based on this design, but with a more professional support. Not sure I can justify $300+ for a device I won't use too often, though it *is* tempting. But for now I just have a keyboard plugged in my server and I hook up the VGA when I need it, which isn't often.
If only RPi4s were available, I'd do my own hacky solution.
